Basic Life Support Course

FAA Level 2 Basic Life Support and safe use of an AED  : 4 hour course

 

This course will provide you with the necessary confidence to deal with an emergency situation, conduct Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. This course  also covers the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

A range of subjects are covered including:

• What is First Aid?

• Action in an emergency.

• Primary survey.

• Secondary assessment.

• CPR and use of the defibrillator.

 

Certification

This accredited qualification will last for 3 years. To renew the qualification, you will need to complete the full course again. It is recommended that learners attend annual refresher training during the 3-year qualification period.

Maximum number of 12 students can attend this course. Smaller groups are also welcome.
